Peter Wetzer grew up in a winemaking family and always got down with a more natural style of wine. In 2007, he purchased 5 vineyards in the town of Sopron, north eastern Hungary. He works with biodiversity, never tilling soil and using only copper sulfate and nettles on the vines. He ferments all vineyards separately.
