Annamária Réka Koncz is a UFO obsessing, horticultural engineering, agricultural mastering, hybrid loving, saccharomyces yeast studying natural winemaker in Barabás, Hungary. She has studied theory, science and winemaking in various countries and with the help of her family, finally bottles her own.
It is a field blend of Rhine Riesling and Királyleányka, but more of the latter. The grapes were macerated in whole bunches only for 24 hours then pressed and fermented spontaneously. The wine spent long time on the fine lees, it has not been aged in wood, has not been filtered or fined. Aromatic, energetic.
