Mickaël Bourg tried his hand as a mechanic for two years before deciding to hop into wine. He rents a plot of vines from a friend and winemaker, and owns just 1.5 hectares of vine on his own. He uses whole cluster fermentation on his reds, makes a delightfully earthy Syrah and offers a super great value for Cornas. Siiick.
Some rustic, chunky Syrah for dat ass. Earth, tobacco, cassis, leather, body, baking spice, integrated tannin. Put a deer on a spit, light a splif and get down.
