Methode Sauvage was started in 2013 by the homie, Chad Hines with the idea in mind to showcase Cali Chenin Blanc and Cab Franc. Chad began planting and working his own vines in 2018 in the style of Masanobu Fukuoka- a cool natty Japanese dude who believes in hands off, no till, full on organic farming. He's got a hankering for Alpine wine styles and varietals.
