Celler Mas Candí is a pioneer for organic farming, winemaking and partying in the Penedès. Ramón Jané and his wife, Mercé Cuscó along with long time friend/oenologist Toni Carbó, started the project in 2006, working with vineyards that have been farmed organically by Ramón's family for over 500 years. They work with indigenous varieties and bust out some super amazing still, ancestrale and Corpinnat wines.
The Desig is a lean, mean, lazor lightbeam machine. Textural and balanced, bright and Mediterranean. Herbs, citrus, stone fruit. Grown on a cool, windy limestone ridge a left on the skins for 24 hours and aged on lees cuz we like curves with sharp attitude.
