Mar de Envero is Gallego for 'Sea of Veraison,' a name winemaker, Manyo came up with as the rolling hills of Rías Baixas remind him of surfing the Galician coast. He farms 6.5 hectares of mostly Albariño in Rías Baixas.
Lean, fruity and light. All stainless steel with great aromatics, a little nectarine and citrus and a tiny bit of palate weight balanced by that salty Albariño vibe. Drink at the beach sitting on a surfboard while eating shellfish - fresh or tinned. Or wherever really.
