Oronce de Beler is a baller négoce in Burgundy, buying grapes from trusted bio-D growers in the Vosne-Romanée. He got schooled on wine things in Beaune, eventually finding his way to Burgundy. Oronce lives in one of the oldest houses in the village, his cellar right beneath it. He tends to the various vineyards wit his horse 'Prosper,' raises black pigs and has a pretty hot French beard.
Whole bunches are aged in French oak barrels for 15-19 months. Light, elegant, graceful gamay with red fruits and great balance.
