Herve Villemade 'Bulle Blanche' Menu Pineau Blend Pet-Nat Vin de France NV
Regular priceSale price
Herve Villemade took the reins of his family estate in 1995, since doubling the size of the estate and converting farming and winemaking to a natural approach. Herve's vines are in the Cheverney and Cour Cheverny AOCs. He manages most of the work himself and busts out a bunch of different styles and labels each year. Little to no sulfur additions, natty how you like it.
Bulles is a fleshy little pét nat made from Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and a local grape called Menu Pineau. It is bright and textured with white flower and a little beeswax. Great with food, great with picnics.
