Envínate is the project of four friends who met in oenology school, decided to make wine together and just absolutely nailed it. The crew at Envínate makes wine in Ribeira Sacra, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremedura and most famously, the Canary Islands. The wines, of course, are markedly unique in their own right. They are made in the same vein, however- organic, driven by terruño and full of primary fruit and a finesse that will only deepen your love affair with Spanish wine.
The Táganan tinto comes from a smattering of different parcels, farmed by a smattering of old friends and neighbors. It is a blend of varieties and communities. Made with some whole cluster fermentation. She bright and floral, smokey and deep with fresh acidity and a touch of tannic backbone. Loves cured meats, bbq and make out sessions during covid. 2018 benefits from a little time in the bottle.
