Envínate is the project of four friends who met in oenology school, decided to make wine together and just absolutely nailed it. The crew at Envínate makes wine in Ribeira Sacra, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremedura and most famously, the Canary Islands. The wines, of course, are markedly unique in their own right. They are made in the same vein, however- organic, driven by terruño and full of primary fruit and a finesse that will only deepen your love affair with Spanish wine.
The Táganan Campanario comes from a parcel of old ass vines planted to sandy soils on Tenerife. Aged for a year in neutral oak. She got curves, she got savor, she got sunlit island fever. Eat with buttery shellfish for the win.
