Envínate is the project of four friends who met in oenology school, decided to make wine together and just absolutely nailed it. The crew at Envínate makes wine in Ribeira Sacra, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremedura and most famously, the Canary Islands. The wines, of course, are markedly unique in their own right. They are made in the same vein, however- organic, driven by terruño and full of primary fruit and a finesse that will only deepen your love affair with Spanish wine.
The Palo Blanco comes from a small plot of 100 year old cordon trenzado vines sitting at 600m elevation. It's aged for 10 months in huge barrels and bottled without fining or filtration. Volcanic island wine- textured, mineral, salty and slightly curvaceous.
