Sven Enderle and Florian Moll are just a couple of regular dudes making what the folks consider to be the best Pinot Noir in all of Germany. No bigs. The boys work with super old vines in Baden, and they tell the overly oaky, overly ripe co-op wines of the region to kind of fuck off.
The Liason is a proper balance of earth, deep fruit and dried flowers. Bright and tannic, hits on all sides. Char some meat and get to drinking.
