Cume do Avia ‘Dos Canotos’ Caiño Longo Ribeiro, Spain 2018
Regular priceSale price
The Cume do Avia wines are a prime example of a new revolution in Spanish winemaking. The winery is made up of two brothers inheriting their grandparent's vineyards and turning them into magic. Indigenous varieties are planted to the green terraces of the Ribeiro in northwest Spain. Single vineyards are farmed organically and vinified into ethereal, low ABV wines that pair with everything from razor clams to pulpo.
The Caiño longo has a super bright and focused palate. Linear, lifted fruit and that green Spain acidity that begs to be served with tapas. Young and beautiful.
